MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay – Sun Devil triathlete Faith Dasso finished second in the Junior Elite division of the 2022 Americas Triathlon Championship. She crossed the finish line in 1:06:56 on Saturday morning.
"It's great to hear of Faith's success in South America," head coach Cliff English said. "She went on a breakaway during her bike and that helped her set herself a part from the other racers. I can't wait to see what she has in store for future races."
Dasso, a freshman from New Braunfels, Texas, was a top finisher for the United States.
