TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil Swimming Head Coach Bob Bowman has been named the head coach of the U.S. Men's team for the 2023 World Aquatics Championships (formerly FINA), USA Swimming has announced.
Bowman will lead the U.S. Men in the long-course meters competition that is set to take place July 23-30 in Fukuoka, Japan. Carol Capitani has been tabbed to lead the U.S. Women.
"Coach Capitani and Coach Bowman are proven leaders and teachers in our sport," USA Swimming National Team Managing Director Lindsay Mintenko said. "We're grateful for their commitment to USA Swimming and for their contributions to the members of our National Teams.
