On Tuesday College Sports Communicators announced its 2024-25 Academic All-District list for tennis, and both Nicola Cigna and Mathis Bondaz were recognized from Sun Devil Men's Tennis.
This CSC selection recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Athletes must have achieved a 3.5 GPA or higher to be eligible for this selection.
Senior Nico Cigna graduated this spring with a BS in Psychology with minors in accounting and counseling, and was the lone four-year Sun Devil graduate for the team this season. He's seen action in matches all four years, and has seen success as of late, as he compiled 16 doubles wins in the last two years alongside his season career-high seven singles wins this year competing from the third position for ASU.
