TEMPE– On Thursday morning, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced that Arizona State's Whiteman Tennis Center received a bid to host the Men's Regional Championship for the Southwest region. The regional will take place on October 17-22, 2024.
Head Coach Matt Hill praised the opportunity to showcase ASU's home courts, "It's something that we've been wanting to do for years, we're really really excited. We'll host the best players from all D1 schools in the southwestern region, so the pool of talent will be great."
"I can't wait to showcase Tempe during that time of the year to the fans and the tennis community," remarked Hill, who will welcome athletes along with the mid-70° Tempe weather.
