The former Sun Devil has decided to exhaust his final year of eligibility at home, indicating on social media he is transferring to Portland State.
Thomas was one of the four former Sun Devils who put their name in the NCAA transfer portal in the last two weeks. He played in 23 games, averaging 2.6 points and 1.4 rebounds but his playing time was sporadic. Thomas played a season-high of 24 minutes in a win over Princeton with a season-best of 14 points in that game which included a game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer.
