Like most coaches, Arizona State's Todd Graham spends time in the offseason studying film of conference opponents. Something that has made this recently challenging: All the new coordinators.
“That’s where the unknown is a little bit," Graham said at Pac-12 Media Days. “How’s that going to work?”
Indeed, only two conference schools – Stanford and Washington State – have not had any offseason turnover at the coordinator positions. ASU has a new offensive coordinator in Chip Lindsey. Arizona has a new defensive coordinator in Marcel Yates. UCLA lost former offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone and replaced him with running backs coach Kennedy Polamalu.
