The Arizona State Sun Devils have made a knack of playing in close games, gutting out another, 38-34 over Washington State on Saturday, thanks to last-minute heroics from true freshman quarterback Jayden Daniels.
ASU's past four games have all been decided by a touchdown or less with ASU going 3-1 in those four.
The win moves the Sun Devils into a four-way tie for first in the Pac-12 South with Utah, Arizona and USC – all teams sitting at 2-1 in conference play.
