For college football fans, early July usually means one thing -- preseason watch lists.
Arizona State -- expected to be a preseason Top 25 team -- should be well-represented this month. Already, the Sun Devils are off to a good start.
Tuesday, senior quarterback Mike Bercovici and senior receiver D.J. Foster were named to the watch list for the Maxwell Award, given to the nation's player of the year, while senior cornerback Lloyd Carrington was named to the preseason list for the Bednarik Award, given to the nation's top defensive player.
