Monday was a good day to be a Sun Devil. Not too long after the ASU baseball team received its first postseason bid since 2016, the football team got another Sun Devil of the future. Alonzo Fontenette told the people of Twitter he’d commit to Herm Edwards’ squad:
Fontenette will attend Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village, California, last season he played at Bishop Alemany, where he was teammates with now-freshman offensive lineman Dohnovan West. According to 247Sports, he is rated as a three-star recruit.
