The wait is over for coach Herm Edwards and the Arizona State football team.
Bowl pairings were announced Sunday and as expected the Sun Devils (7-5) are headed to the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas where they will face Florida State (6-6) on Dec. 31.
ASU is 14-16-1 all-time in bowl games, with a 31-20 loss to Fresno State last year in the Las Vegas Bowl in Edwards' inaugural season. This will be the school's seventh appearance in the Sun Bowl in where it is 3-2-1 overall.
