Arizona State's football season is fast approaching.
Kickoff to the 2018 campaign is Saturday, Sept. 1 against Texas San Antonio but the battle for playing time starts Friday, Aug. 3, when the Sun Devils report to training camp for the first time under new coach Herm Edwards.
