To say the reigning Pac-12 Player of the Week stayed hot in Friday’s series-opening win against Rhode Island would be an understatement, as he blasted two more home runs and added a double and a sac fly to lead ASU to a 9-6 win at Phoenix Municipal Stadium.
Over his last five games, Long has belted six home runs, and is hitting better than .500 over that same stretch.
