Week 2 of the college football season is in the books and Sun Devil fans may still be recovering from a heartbreaking loss to Mississippi State on Saturday. ASU erased a 17-point deficit in the second half down in Starkville, even taking a 20-17 lead late in the 4th quarter, but the Bulldogs scored a back-breaking last-minute touchdown to win 24-20.

The No. 12 Sun Devils suffered a critical upset on the road against an unranked SEC opponent, but you would think AP voters might be more forgiving considering other top programs are sitting at 1-1 and still remain in the Top 25.
