SAN FRANCISCO– Sun Devil Softball won its 20 straight game over the Utah Utes and obtained its fourth straight sweep over Pac-12 opponents to keep them at a perfect 12-0 record in conference play which led to junior Alynah Torres being named Pac-12 Player of the Week, and Cydney Sanders earning her second Pac-12 Freshman Player of the Week honor of the season announced Monday afternoon by the league office.
The duo would combine for 11 hits, 13 RBIs, and six home runs throughout the weekend with a .523 batting average in 21 at-bats.
