TEMPE, Ariz. – No. 18 Sun Devil women's tennis rolled to their third-straight victory Tuesday afternoon at Whiteman Tennis Center, defeating Marquette 5-2 to finish non-conference play.
In doubles and singles, the Sun Devils wasted no time getting up on the Golden Eagles and never looking back.
"It was a good match for us. It's spring break so mid-week isn't something we normally do," said associate head coach Matt Langley. "We came out ready and prepared from the first point, and we took care of business in doubles. We got up early on all three courts so never felt threatened, which was important for us.
