Tempe, Ariz. – The Mountain Pacific Sports Federation announced the 2022 Women's Water Polo All-Academic team, where 11 Sun Devils received the honor after being recognized for their work in the classroom this year. Overall, the team had a 3.56 semester GPA in the Spring to bring their cumulative average up to a 3.50.
Each of the graduating seniors made their way on the list as Amira Van Buren led the charge with her fourth career honor, while Bori Kekesi and Blaire McDowell picked up their third All-Academic team honor. Ali Cameron, Emma Fraser, Lara Kiss, and Itzahiana Baca added their second academic honor to their resumes while Abby Begg, Tarah Schaffer, Luca Petovary, and Alba Olivé Martí are on this list for the first time in their careers.
