“In the email, which was copied to G&K managing partner Dean Short and board member Tim Brown, Kendrick called Woods “an arrogant asshole” and said that if the firm’s namesake, Mike Kennedy, “were still with us, he would kick you out of the firm.” (G&K has represented the Diamondbacks as general outside counsel since Major League Baseball awarded the ownership group with an expansion franchise in 1995.) Kendrick also wrote that Woods “should expect a very unfortunate outcome” if their paths ever were to cross.
