The Diamondbacks continued their run of offensive futility, reaching new depths by scoring only one run in Coors Field of all places. This, more than the team surrendering seven runs in a bullpen game is by far the more embarrassing note.
One would think that a few games in Colorado would be perfect for what ails the Diamondbacks’ offense. Well, after one game, that has yet to be the case. Arizona continued to struggle with timely hitting, as they went 1-for-10 with RISP.
