Mets Defense Robs Diamondbacks of Rally Inning
The New York Mets handed Eduardo Rodriguez his worst outing in nine years. The New York defense stole outs from three consecutive batted balls with triple-digit exit velocities. The Mets’ pitching, outside of those three consecutive scorchers, mostly controlled the tempo of the game. It was easily, one of the most complete losses of the season for the Diamondbacks.
