DENVER – A.J. Pollock raced around the outfield in his first game back from the disabled list and made a pair of difficult catches last week. Two days later, he stole second and third and scored on a sacrifice fly, an eventful sequence in his first time back on the bases.
His first week back in the majors has been filled with firsts, and in crossing another item off his list on Friday night at Coors Field – his first home run – he continued to methodically erase any doubts that might have lingered since his April surgery.
