Opinion: Archie Bradley's stance on Black lives matter represents the future — and the now

Archie Bradley is speaking to the now and the future.

The Diamondbacks closer wore a “Black lives matter” T-shirt and posted it to his Instagram page, telling anyone who didn’t like it exactly what they could do with their opinions.

“It’s not a movement,” Bradley said in his caption. “It’s a way of life. Get with it or get lost. No other meaning here for me (than) supporting my brothers and the black community. Unfollow me or don’t like it ... like I said get lost. Time for a change!”

It comes as anti-racism and social justice protests are sweeping the nation following the high-profile deaths of African-Americans including George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.
