The Diamondbacks were forced to make another roster move today in order to bolster their overused bullpen.
And instead of one move, it appears to be two! The unlucky players sent down are Evan Marshall and Tyler Wagner. Marshall generally pitched well in his return to Major League action, but struggled yesterday and wound up taking the loss. Wagner has been excellent in his long relief appearances, especially considering that he has entered his last two games in very difficult situations. But I think we all expected Wagner to be sent down, given the need for someone to provide length, especially tomorrow.
