Umpire Ron Kulpa is assigned to the #RedSox v #Dbacks series here at Chase Field. Kulpa is the umpire who told #Astros A J Hinch "I can do anything I want on a baseball field." I still have to wonder why MLB hasn't disciplined him. Very bad image for a major league umpire.
