Hernandez happy to be back in D-Backs ‘family’
While he was with other teams over the past two seasons, reliever David Hernandez followed the Diamondbacks from afar. Now that he’s back with them following Monday’s trade, he said it was like reuniting with family.
“There’s always that family that you kind of create away from your family,” he said. “We’re here together for so long, you kind of create that special bond.
