After a win against the Colorado Rockies, the Diamondbacks announced making the move to pull up Arizona’s top prospect, Jordan Lawlar. The Diamondbacks also elected to designate IF Nick Ahmed for assignment.
Lawlar has been one of the top prospects in all of baseball ever sense the Diamondbacks drafted him sixth overall in 2021. The Dallas, Texas native has been receiving massive hype from his former ball club, AAA affiliate Reno Aces over the past several weeks.
