The Diamondbacks have reinstated full pay for their employees, according to a staff-wide email the organization sent on Tuesday, sources told The Republic.
The club had been one of the few among baseball’s 30 teams to still have its employees on pay restrictions, which had been in place to varying degrees since June.
A team spokesman declined to provide details on the decision.
The club had hoped to return staff to full pay once revenue streams returned during the season. The team recently bumped its COVID-capacity at Chase Field from 12,000 to 20,000 after the state loosened its pandemic-related restrictions last month.
