The Diamondbacks make more moves as they head towards the regular season and putting together their 25-man roster. Six players were re-assigned as the Diamondbacks optioned three players to the minors and re-assigned three more players not on the 40-man roster to minor league camp.
On Saturday, I was able to watch both Sherfy and Miller pitch the last two innings. Both pitchers have incredibly good stuff as they blew away the Giants reserve players, but were both very erratic with command. Both will be in the majors before the end of the season. I didn’t get to watch Banda pitch in person, but seeing how he did in Spring I have to think he left a good impression on the coaching staff.
