The Diamondbacks landed a frontline starter to replace Zack Greinke on Sunday, agreeing to terms with left-hander Madison Bumgarner on a five-year, $85 million deal.
The contract includes $15 million in deferred money. It will rank as the second-largest deal in franchise history, behind only the $206.5 million deal Greinke signed four years ago.
