The Zac Gallen hypemobile hit a bit of a road-bump this evening in Surprise. But a bigger factor was the Diamondbacks coming within a Domingo Leyba single of being no-hit by Kyle Gibson and three Rangers' relievers. There were no walks for Arizona either. There only other base-runners were Wyatt Mathisen, who reached on an error in the second, and Tim Locastro, who led off the game by getting Tim Locastro'd i.e. plunked. That disposes of the whole offense for the Diamondbacks.
Gallen's scoreless streak lasted only two batters into tonight's outing, as a leadoff triple then scored on a sacrifice fly.
