D-backs reinstate Corbin and Hernandez from disabled list; option Matt Stites and Danny Dorn to Triple-A Reno

The Arizona Diamondbacks reinstated left-handed pitcher Patrick Corbin and catcher Oscar Hernandez from the 60-day disabled list, optioned right-handed pitcher Matt Stites and outfielder Danny Dorn to Triple-A Reno and transferred catcher Tuffy Gosewisch to the 60-day disabled list, as announced by D-backs Sr. Vice President & General Manager Dave Stewart.

Corbin, who turns 26 on July 19, missed the entire 2014 season following Tommy John surgery on his left elbow last March 25 (performed by Dr. James Andrews). In 4 total rehabilitation starts with Double-A Mobile and Single-A Advanced Visalia this season, he was 1-1 with a 4.
