No particular shocks in terms of those expected to make the team, while Diaz and Krehbiel both had double-digit ERAs. Perhaps a bit surprised Taylor and Nakaushiro were gone so quickly: the former had a pair of scoreless innings and the latter allowed one run over three frames. That does thin out the herd of potential left-handed relievers a bit though.
Walker makes his second start after a solid outing first time up, tossing a pair of scoreless innings, on two hits, with no walks and three strikeouts.
