The Arizona Diamondbacks finalized their 2019 Major League coaching staff and medical staff under third-year manager Torey Lovullo. The coaching staff will be (current role, on the coaching staff):
- Jerry Narron, Bench coach - Second season, third overall
- Mike Butcher, Pitching coach - Fourth season
- Mike Fetters, Bullpen coach - Third season, seventh overall
- Darnell Coles, Hitting coach - First season
- Dave McKay, First Base coach - Sixth season
- Tony Perezchica, Third Base coach - Third season
- Luis “Pipé” Urueta, Major League coach - Second season
Coles, 56, enters his first season as D-backs hitting coach, fifth overall in that capacity, sixth on a Major League coaching staff and 16th in a managerial/coaching role.
