The Arizona Diamondbacks have recalled RHP Luis Frías from Triple-A Reno in return for reliever Andrew Chafin being placed on the Paternity List.
This will mark Frias’ third stint with the Diamondbacks this season, as both of his previous call-ups have lasted less than a week.
While the 25-year-old reliever can touch 100 MPH on his fastball, Frías has struggled to find the strike zone in his five appearances with Arizona this season.
