First and foremost, congratulations to Taijuan Walker and his wife Heather on the birth of their first son Zayden Walker who was born earlier during the season. Tai was the “big” name return both literally and figuratively speaking in the Jean Segura trade with the Seattle Mariners. That is not intended to take away anything from his trade partner in that deal, Ketel Marte, who performed admirably during his time with the Diamondbacks. One season to review after that trade it appears to be a win for both teams and all players involved.
