Ever since he took over behind the bench before this season, Coyotes coach Rick Tocchet preached about how tough it is to win.
And he hasn’t been wrong.
Arizona has gone winless in its first four games for the first time in franchise history after an 0-3-1 start and is one of just two teams that has yet to record a win, but the only one in the Western Conference.
Issues in all three phases of the game have dropped the Coyotes in this early hole and, as a result, improvements throughout the lineup seem to be the team’s best chance to shrug off this funk – perhaps as soon as Saturday when the Coyotes host the Bruins.
