That’s all folks. The 2017 IIHF Men’s Worlds Championship has finally come to an end. And an Arizona Coyotes’ representative won gold.
That’s right. In the last game of the tournament, the Coyotes’ last representative left in the tournament, Oliver Ekman-Larsson, took home gold with team Sweden. This 2-1 shootout win is even sweeter as it came against team Canada, who had won gold the previous two years.
Going into the game, it was clear that Canada was the favored team.
