The Coyotes took the ice Saturday night at Gila River Arena without one their top players and alternate captains, defenseman Jakob Chychrun.
Chychrun missed his first game of the season with an upper body injury he suffered late in Friday night's game. Chychrun came off the ice with 7:42 to play in a 3-1 loss to the Florida Panthers, and did not return.
He is listed as day to day, along with forward Ryan Dzingel, who also got an upper body injury Friday night. Dzingel is also day to day.
