The Coyotes again failed to play a complete 60 minutes of hockey, an omission that cost them their fourth straight defeat, a loss to the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday night. In 19 games, the Coyotes are still without a single win in regulation.
After scoring the first goal of the game for the 13th time in 19 contests, the Coyotes (2-14-3) failed to hold the lead and suffered a 4-1 loss to the Jets (9-4-3) at Gila River Arena.
The Coyotes (2-14-3) will now travel to Winnipeg for the second game of a home-and-home on Tuesday that marks the beginning of a four-game road trip.
