“He’s a key guy on our team, let’s just put it that way,” coach Dave Tippett said. “He’s a phenomenal player, phenomenal player. But some other guys, a good opportunity for them to jump in – especially young players you’re evaluating, things like that, you’ll put in different situations. You never like to lose a player like Oliver, but we’ll deal with it and move on.
