Get ready to lace up some roller skates or running shoes, the Arizona Coyotes are hosting a memorable event to recognize someone so dear to their organization.
The fourth annual “Skatin for Leighton” event will celebrate the life of Coyotes Ring of Honor inductee Leighton Accardo on Jan. 21, 2024.
Accardo is known by Arizona’s hockey community for her courageous battle on and off the ice.
In 2020, Accardo passed away at the age of nine from cancer, but enjoyed playing hockey and being a fan of the local NHL team here in the valley.
