The Coyotes blew a two-goal lead in the third period and suffered a 4-3 overtime loss to the Calgary Flames on Tuesday at Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary.
The Coyotes (9-4-2) received goals from Clayton Keller, Christian Dvorak and Vinnie Hinostroza but couldn't close out the win, which would have been their third in a row and ninth in their past 11 games.
Instead, the Coyotes will return home after taking three out of a possible four points from a back-to-back set against the Edmonton Oilers on Monday and Flames on Tuesday.
Coyotes goaltender Antti Raanta, playing in his fifth game of the season, stopped 39 shots in the loss.
