As Clayton Keller obliged with media interviews during the Coyotes’ visit to his hometown St. Louis on Saturday, Christian Dvorak and Christian Fischer loomed behind the cameras to playfully sabotage Keller’s face time.
But during the team’s practice on Monday at the Ice Den in Scottsdale, Fischer was the recipient of an on-camera interview. Dvorak shot Keller a look from across the locker room.
“Kells, round two,” Dvorak said.
Without hesitation, the two linemates raced over to Fischer's locker and made him laugh so hard that the interview had to be restarted. For Dvorak and Keller, it served as a representation of their newfound chemistry on and off the ice.
