Chemistry is nothing new for Coyotes forwards Nick Schmaltz and Christian Dvorak. In fact, they've been working on it since they were 15 years old.
Schmaltz and Dvorak, who together accounted for five points in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Winnipeg Jets, were also linemates with the Chicago Mission youth program during the 2011-12 season.
Now eight years removed from their days playing youth hockey together, Schmaltz and Dvorak seem to be forming a dynamic duo at the NHL level.
"I thought we had good breakouts," Dvorak said of the line's performance on Tuesday.
