One of the newest Coyotes put back his own rebound after knocking down a Klas Dahlbeck point shot at 14:31 of the third period to spur the Coyotes on to a 4-1 win over the Senators on Saturday at Canadian Tire Centre, snapping a four-game winless skid.
After Richardson broke the 1-1 tie, winger Mikkel Boedker added an insurance marker only 1:28 later – his second of the game – when he backhanded a Senators turnover deep in their zone past goalie Craig Anderson.
