At the beginning of a new calendar year, it’s not uncommon for some folks to go through a sort of mental flowchart.
First, we tend to reflect on the previous year and weigh the positives and negatives. Then, we can choose to focus on the good or the bad to continue in the same direction or begin with a new approach. Either way, we move forward.
