Early Saturday morning the Arizona Coyotes announced that Louis Domingue - the last remaining restricted free agent this summer - was signed to a one-year, two-way contract:

The news comes as a mild surprise, given earlier this summer Domingue announced his intent to play over in Europe for this upcoming season, to the surprise of Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney.
It is uncertain at this point what changed in Domingue's plans, but Domingue will compete with Anders Lindback for the backup spot in the NHL during training camp.
