Coyotes captain Shane Doan, who’s day-to-day with a lower-body injury, won’t play tonight against the Blues.
“He’ll go on the trip,” coach Dave Tippett said.
The Coyotes are in the midst of a season-high five-game point streak.
“We’re defending better and getting out of our zone,” defenseman Alex Goligoski said. “It’s allowed us to play in the offensive zone a little bit more. Really, that’s the whole idea is get out of your zone and play down there.
