The NFL regular season opens on Thursday September 6th. The Arizona Cardinals will open their season on Sunday September 9th hosting the Washington Redskins.
It will be the third time in the past four meetings between the two teams that will take place at University of Phoenix Stadium. The Cardinals opened last season on the road at the Detroit Lions.
