Patrick Peterson has another demand.
During Wednesday's Waste Management Phoenix Open pro-am, after teeing off on the famed 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale, the Cardinals cornerback grabbed the microphone and demanded that the music be turned down. He had a message for fans, and he wanted everyone to hear.
"I just want to apologize to everybody for asking for that trade in the middle of the season," Peterson said. "I'm here to stay, baby."
He took the moment to apologize over the speakers for his trade demand back in October. The eight-time Pro Bowler had been extremely frustrated halfway through the season.
