Remember when USA TODAY Sports' Nate Davis predicted the Cardinals to make the Super Bowl?
Well, he was not alone.
He also isn't sticking with his pick (and who can blame him).
Davis unveiled his midseason NFL record projections last Friday and he now has the Cardinals going 8-7-1.
He had Arizona going 12-4 at the beginning of the season.
He doesn't have the Cardinals making the playoffs now.
Davis writes: "It may already be too late to reclaim their mojo, especially since they'll play five of their final seven games on the road.
